Overview
The Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®) is a proven publicly-facing framework for applying Lean and Agile practices at Enterprise level and for large programs where multiple teams are involved. While SAFe is freely available body of knowledge, it does not implement itself, nor does it prescribe organizational change management process that is typically required for successful implementation.
This Webinar provides an overview of different roles and constructs of Scaled Agile framework, and how they can be used for large program execution to synchronize alignment, collaboration and integration of deliverables from multiple teams involved to deliver business benefits
SAFe implementations requires launching Agile Release Train (ART). This Webinar provides insights on how to train teams and launch Agile Release trains and continuously improve the trains with Inspect and Adapt workshops. The focus will be more on roles and activities involved in planning for ART, conducting Program Increment (PI) Planning workshop, running an ART and concluding a PI with Inspect and Adapt workshop.
