Mukul Madan is a Founding Partner in QAI India Ltd. and has 25+ years of experience in Process Improvement; Development and Implementation of systems and applications software. Mukul is a  Lead Appraiser for the CMMI®® Maturity Level 4 and 5,  SCAMPISM Appraisals (v1.2 & v1.3) and has appraised both in the Staged as well as the Continuous representations of the model and has conducted SCAMPISM Class A, B and C appraisals. He has conducted several Class A appraisals at Maturity Levels 2, 3, 4 and 5. Mukul has appraised for both DEV as well as SVC models.

Mukul has also consulted clients for their High Maturity journey (and appraisals) on the CMMI®® Model. He has conducted several sessions on “High Maturity Concepts in CMMI®®”.

Besides consulting/ appraisals on the CMMI®® and CMM® Models, Mukul has also consulted QAI’s clients on their ISO 9000 journeys. These services have been provided in China, Germany, India, Malaysia, Russia, Singapore, Taiwan, UK, USA and Vietnam.
