Shyama is a Principal Consultant and Practice lead for the QPO practice at QAI with 21 years of rich experience in Software & Systems Engineering. She has been involved in driving and implementing organization wide Quality and Process Improvement initiatives.
She has been involved in several consulting assignments on ISO/CMM/CMMI® and non model based PI initiative for companies like Price Waterhouse Coopers, IBM, Siemens, Headstrong, Birlasoft, HCL Infosystems, ST Microelectronics, American express, Canon, CSC, Escorts , ESQ Business Services, Metamor Global Solutions and many more. She has conducted several in-house and public trainings on CMM, CMMI®, PCMM®, Internal audits and various software engineering topics like Software Metrics, Risk Management, Software Quality Boot camp, Configuration management, Peer reviews and so on.
She is a Tick IT/ ISO Lead auditor, ITIL® Foundation certified and SEISM trained on CMMI® and PCMM®. |
